Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signed: Collaboration Between Bagmati Province Government and TU Engineering A significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed today, November 16, 2025, between the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure Development (MoPID) of the Bagmati Provincial Government and the Institute of Engineering (Pulchowk Campus) under Tribhuvan University, with the goal of further strengthening mutual cooperation, technical coordination, and capacity-building programs. The ceremony was graced by the presence of the Honorable Minister, Dr. Dinesh Chandra Devkota. This agreement is expected to facilitate the combined capacity enhancement of both institutions in the development and construction of physical infrastructure within the province, utilizing academic research, technical expertise, and innovative technology to ensure quality infrastructure development.
